On the 70th  Anniversary of Glorious Independence: Zain Interactive Forum Discusses Past Sacrifices and Present Challenges

The 6th  Zain Interactive Forum will be held tomorrow, Thursday, January 1, 2026, coinciding with the 70th anniversary of Sudan’s glorious independence.

The forum will address “Past Sacrifices and Present Challenges,” reviewing the great roles and immense sacrifices made by the generations that led the liberation struggle, culminating in raising of the flag of freedom, sovereignty, and independence on January 1, 1956.

It will also discuss the significant challenges facing the nation today and envision a bright future for Sudan.

Participating in the forum, which will be held at 8:00 PM Sudan local time on the X platform (formerly Twitter), are thinker, historian, and academic Professor Abdullah Ali Ibrahim; writer and media personality Abdul Qadir Al-Kutayabi; and social researcher Dr. Sarah Abu.

The discussion will be moderated by renowned media personality and presenter Musab Al-Sawi.

It is worth mentioning that the Zain Interactive Forum is held virtually on the company’s account on the (X) platform. In its previous sessions, the forum reviewed issues of public education in Sudan, higher education, scientific research, e-learning, the challenges in the health sector, as well as the positive use of social media. Prominent names such as Professor Mamoun Hamida, Professor Mohamed El Sheikh Madani, Dr. El Tahir Hassan El Tahir, Dr. Amna Badri, Dr. Yahya Abdullah, Dr. Ezz El Din Kamel, Professor Ali Shamo, Dr. Salma Ishaq El Khalifa, Professor Ahmed Hassan Fahl, Dr. El Fatih Rabie, Professor Ahlam Jabara, and others participated in these sessions.
