The U.S. Envoy’s Visit to Sudan Postponed

Informed sources told the Sudanhorizon news site that the anticipated visit of the U.S. Special Envoy to Sudan, Tom Perriello, scheduled for today, Sunday, has been postponed to a later date yet to be determined.

The sources indicated that the delay was made to allow for further arrangements. They also noted that Perriello will be accompanied by representatives from the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) during his visit.
