Sudan’s Ambassador Al-Baroudi Presents Credentials to Niger President

Ambassador Dr. Ibrahim Awad Ahmed Al-Baroudi on Friday presented his credentials to the President of the Republic of Niger, General Abdul Rahman Chiani, as Ambassador Extraordinary Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Sudan to the Republic of Niger.
The ambassador exchanged courtesies with President Chiani and conveyed the greetings of the President of the Transitional Sovereign Council and his keenness to strengthen relations between the two countries in various fields.
In addition to the Sudanese ambassador, President Abdelrahman Cheyani received seven new ambassadors who presented their credentials as their countries’ official representatives to Niger during an official ceremony at the presidential palace attended by a number of senior government officials and diplomats.
The list of new ambassadors included representatives from the United States, Iran, Ghana, India, Germany, Burkina Faso, and Cuba.
