Sudanese–Egyptian Talks on Judicial Cooperation and Expertise Exchange

Sudanese Minister of Justice Abdullah Darf held talks in Cairo on Monday with his Egyptian counterpart, Adnan Fangary.

According to a statement from the Egyptian Ministry of Justice, the meeting discussed ways to strengthen judicial cooperation between the two countries in areas including judicial training, exchange of legal expertise, and supporting efforts aimed at achieving swift justice that meets the aspirations of citizens in both nations.

The Sudanese minister praised the humanitarian decisions taken by the Egyptian government toward Sudanese citizens following the outbreak of the war and its reception of those fleeing the conflict.

He also stressed the importance of benefiting from Egypt’s experience and expertise in developing the litigation system in Sudan.
