Sudan Participates in High-Level Global Forum in China

Sudan participated in the High-Level Dialogue on Global Development, held in China with the participation of several countries and regional and international organizations.
Sudan’s representative at the forum, Advisor at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Hosni Mustafa Yaqoub, presented an overview of Sudan’s strategic advantages, including its geographic location, natural resources, and human and cultural diversity, and the opportunities these advantages offer for achieving sustainable development and strengthening regional integration.
The forum, which took place from June 1st to 14th, discussed China’s development experience and the lessons learned for developing countries. It emphasized the importance of strengthening international cooperation and transferring expertise and modern technologies in the fields of agriculture, manufacturing, and the digital economy to support development efforts and achieve their goals.
The Sudanese representative delivered a statement on behalf of the participating countries, reflecting the forum’s deliberations and its aspirations for strengthening international partnerships for development.
