Sudan Faces Tanzania this Evening in Mauritania

The “Sheikha Bedia” stadium in the Mauritanian capital, Nouakchott, will host the match of the Sudanese national football team against its Tanzanian counterpart this evening, due Sunday, in the qualifiers for the African Nations Championship (CHAN).

The team will play the match in their virtual stadium, motivated by victory, awaiting the second leg in Dar es Salaam on November 3, where the winner of the two matches will play the winner of Ethiopia Vs Eritrea.

Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania will host the tournament finals from February 1 to 28, 2025. Two rounds of the qualifiers will be played in a home-and-away system, before the continental finals.

The first round of the qualifiers will take place from October 25 to 27, and November 1 to 3, 2024, while the second round will be held from December 20 to 22, and December 27 to 29, 2024.
