SAF Weekly Operations Brief from Darfur and Kordofan: Over 240 Combat Vehicles and Drones Destroyed, Hundreds of RSF Militias Neutralized

A statement issued by the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) spokesperson’s office on Friday said that Sudanese air and ground units carried out intensive raids on Rapid Support Forces (RSF) militia positions in Darfur and Kordofan, as well as on routes they use from southern Libya, during the past week.

The statement, published on the spokesperson’s Facebook page, confirmed that the losses inflicted on the “Dagalo mercenaries” included the destruction of more than 240 combat vehicles and the killing of hundreds of their terrorist militia members. It also stated that a number of strategic drones, hideouts, and operating stations at Nyala Airport were destroyed.

The statement added that ground forces managed to flush the rebel militia from large areas in Kordofan and Darfur, and that the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF)and supporting forces are continuing their operations to eliminate the remnants of the terrorist militia in all areas where they are present.
