Rwandan Refereeing Crew for Al-Hilal and Al-Shabab

The Referees Committee of the Confederation of African Football (CAF) has assigned a Rwandan refereeing crew led by “Samuel Oikunda” as the field referee to manage the match between Al-Hilal of Sudan and Al-Shabab Tanzania, scheduled for next Sunday in Mauritania.

The field referee will be assisted by his compatriots “Dieudonne Mutuyimana” as the first assistant referee, “Didier Ishimi” as the second assistant referee, “Rurisa Ychenz Fidel” as the fourth referee, while the Mauritanian “Mohamed Bilal” was appointed as the observer, and the Equatorial Guinean “Eusebio Ngono Nguema” as the observer of the referees.
