RSF Sustains More Losses in Its 137th Attack on El Fashir

The Joint Force of Armed Movements in Darfur confirmed that it has inflicted a crushing defeat (Saturday) on the Rapid Support Forces militia in the battle that took p place in Al-Fashir and repulsed the militias force away from the city, the capital of the region.

The official spokesman for the Joint Force of Armed Struggle Movements, Major Ahmed Hussein Mustafa, said in a press statement received by “Sudanhorizon” news website, that on Saturday morning, the terrorist Rapid Support Forces militia launched a large-scale attack on Al-Fashir from the eastern and southern axes, the 137th attack of its kind, and the attack began at exactly five o’clock in the morning today, but the Sudanese Armed Forces, the joint forces of armed struggle movements, the popular force for self-defense, the youth of the popular resistance and the heroes of Al-Fashir were on the lookout for them. “We confronted the attack with all courage and bravery in the (Hasud Ma Bhadrha) operation and succeeded in inflicting and crushed this terrorist militia at exactly two o’clock in the afternoon and the remnants of the militia were expelled far outside the city.”

The statement added “We inflicted heavy losses on the enemy in lives and equipment, as hundreds of militia soldiers were killed, and the city streets are filled with their corpses, evidence of their defeat.”

He added: “We were also able to destroy a number of military vehicles in addition to seizing 10 combat vehicles loaded with various types of equipment and weapons and one armored vehicle.”

The statement addressed the Sudanese people by saying: “We assure you that the city of El Fashir is under the complete control of our forces, and tmno voice is louder than the voice of our heroes on the ground and the eagles of the air in the sky. The Rapid Support Militia is now suffering from a psychological and moral collapse after these successive defeats, and it lives in a state of confusion and despair and the city of El Fashir has become an inevitable holocaust for enemy soldiers who are being pushed to their deaths towards the city walls by the leaders of the Al-Dagalo clan who enjoys a life of luxury and comfort in the hotels of that tiny state overseas.
