Official Spokesman for Joint Movements: We Inflicted Heavy Losses on the Militia and the Rumors they Spread of El Fasher’s Fall are False

The official spokesman for the joint armed struggle movements, Major Ahmed Hussein, confirmed that the situation in North Darfur State, and the operational and field situation in El Fasher city, are going excellently.

Hussein said in a special statement to the Sudanhorizon news website that there is great progress by the Sudanese Armed Forces and the joint forces of the armed struggle movements and the popular resistance, adding that the last defeat of the Rapid Support Forces militias and their mercenaries was yesterday, due Sunday, stating that the militia suffered heavy losses in lives and equipment, and explaining that the militia fled leaving behind about 200 bodies

He also denied the rumors, propaganda and media misinformation spread by the Rapid Support Forces about the imminent fall of the city of El Fasher, and said that these talks are baseless, stressing that the joint forces of the armed struggle movements are in a good position, indicating that the forces in El Fasher have shifted their plan and doctrine from defense to attack, and said that they will soon reach the dens of the RSF anywhere in the Darfur region and the rest of the Sudanese cities.
