Khartoum State Takes Measures to Secure Petroleum Products

The Minister of the Interior, Khalil Pasha Cyerin, with Khartoum State Security Committee, supervised the adoption of a number of measures with the aim of ensuring the stability of the flow of petroleum materials to service stations in Khartoum State, as well as the flow of basic commodities in the retails shops and markets, in anticipation of any gap that may occur as a result of the damage to a number of civilian objects in the Red Sea state, including fuel tanks following the attacks carried out by the rebel rapid support militia.
The Minister of the Interior, during the meeting, which was chaired by the Governor of the State, Ahmed Othman Hamza, listened to periodic reports related to the military, operational, criminal and security situation, as well as standing on the challenges facing Khartoum State in the stage of recovery, voluntary return and security threats in its various forms, especially with regard to aliens presence.
The meeting approved the necessity of adhering to the implementation of the outputs of the asylum law as a reference to address the conditions of foreigners residing in the state of Khartoum.
The governor of Khartoum, the head of the committee, indicated that the committee had previously issued a decision to remove the illegal foreign presence and gave them an opportunity to streamline their legal conditions and that the competent agencies have already begun to deport the violators.
Hamza affirmed the readiness of the Khartoum Security Committee in coordination with the Ministry of Interior to intensify joint efforts in deportations and dealing with foreigners who violated in specific locations in preparation for their deportation to their homelands.
Meanwhile, the meeting stressed the need to redouble efforts to detect dormant cells and collaborators with the rebel militia and present them to the judicial and judicial authorities to take the necessary legal measures.
The Minister of Interior secured the team, Khalil Pasha Sirin, to support his ministry to the government of Khartoum State in implementing the outputs of the Security Committee and the decisions issued during this meeting, in a way that contributes to the extension of security and reassurance among the citizens.
