FIFA Appoints Mamoun Bashara as Match Commissioner for Egypt vs. Guinea-Bissau

The International Federation of Association Football (FIFA) has appointed Sudanese official Mamoun Bashara Nasser as Match Commissioner for the World Cup Qualifier between Egypt and Guinea-Bissau in Group A, scheduled for October 12, 2025, at Cairo International Stadium.

The match will be officiated by a refereeing team from Ghana, while FIFA has appointed a referee assessor from Mauritania.

Bashara is on the list of senior commissioners of the Confederation of African Football (CAF) and is accredited by FIFA.
