The Sudanese national football team has put one foot in the final of the African Nations Cup scheduled in Morocco in 2025 with a historic victory over the Ghanaian national team by two goals to none.
This afternoon on Tuesday at the Martyrs of Benina Stadium in Benghazi, Libya, in the fourth round of Group Six.
The first goal was scored by playmaker Ahmed Hamed El-Tesh, and striker Mohamed Abdel Rahman added the second goal.
Sudan’s tally rose to 7 points in second place behind Angola, while El-Ghaly is at the bottom of the group with two points.
The Falcons of Jediane have two matches left against Niger on its home turf and Angola in Benghazi, the Falcons’ virtual stadium.
