Darfur Governor to UN: The Rapid Support Forces are “Monsters and a Terrorist Organization”

Darfur Governor Minni Arko Minawi said that the Rapid Support Forces militia is a “terrorist bloc and monsters that commit crimes in all of Sudan.”

Minawi added during his address to the enlightenment meeting, on Sunday, with the United Nations organizations and agencies in Port Sudan: “The crimes committed by the Rapid Support Forces are a terrorist bloc, and deserve to be called a terrorist organization.”

He added: “The violations and crimes committed by the Rapid Support Forces militia are daily and even take place in the areas under their control in Al-Daien, Nyala, and Khartoum. These are monsters.”

He continued: “In the twenty-first century, the world of law and values ​​​​established 70 years ago are supposed to be.”
