Arab Olympic Committees General Assembly Renews Confidence in Sudan’s Khalid Hamad

The General Assembly of the Union of Arab National Olympic Committees, in its 23rd meeting, has renewed its confidence in the Sudanese Volleyball Federation and the Vice President of the Sudanese Olympic Committee, Khalid Hamad, reinstating him as a member of the Executive Bureau.

The Assembly meeting held in Riyadh also renewed its confidence in Mr. Khair Eddine Barbari from Algeria as a member of the Executive Bureau within the Union of Arab National Olympic Committees.

The Sudanese Federation considered this renewal a testament to the trust placed in Sudanese and Algerian expertise within Arab and international sports organizations.

It is worth noting that Yasser Idris, President of the Egyptian Olympic Committee, Vice President of the International Aquatics Federation, and President of the Egyptian Aquatics Federation, was re-elected to a second term on the Executive Bureau of the Arab National Olympic Committees.
