Nouakchott – Sudanhorizon

Al-Hilal of Sudan will host Al-Ahly of Egypt at 9:00 PM today, on Tuesday, at Sheikha Bedia Stadium in the Mauritanian capital, Nouakchott, in the second leg of the CAF Champions League quarterfinals.

The Sudanese Blues’ technical staff has completed the organizational plan for the match, which is likely to be dominated by an offensive approach. Al-Hilal is playing with the motive of winning the round by two clear goals to secure a place in the semi-finals.

Al-Hilal’s medical unit previously announced the withdrawal of team captain Mohamed Abdel-Rahman and Tunisian professional Tayeb Ben Zitoun from today’s squad due to injury.

Al-Ahly of Egypt, on the other hand, enters the match with a full squad and has several opportunities, including a win, a draw, or a one-goal defeat, given the result of the first leg, which ended with Al-Ahly defeating Al-Hilal 1-0 in the match held last Tuesday at Cairo International Stadium.
