Al Hilal Appoints German Josef Zinnbauer as First-Team Head Coach

Sudanese club Josef Zinnbauer was officially appointed by Al Hilal Sudan on Sunday as the new head coach of the first team, joining from Algerian club JS Kabylie.

German coach Josef “Joe” Zinnbauer was born on May 1, 1970. He is a former football player and holds a UEFA Pro coaching license.

Zinnbauer has gained widespread recognition through his work with several prominent Arab and international clubs, most notably German side Hamburger SV, Moroccan club Raja Casablanca, with whom he won the league title undefeated, as well as UAE side Al Wahda and, most recently, Algerian club JS Kabylie.
