Al-Burhan to Cairo on November 4th

The Chairman of the Sudanese Sovereignty Council, Lieutenant General Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan, is expected to arrive in Cairo on November 4th to participate in the 12th session of the World Urban Forum, which is organized by the United Nations Human Settlements Program, from the 4th to the 8th November.

On the forum’s sidelines, President Al-Burhan will discuss the bilateral relations between the two countries with President Sisi and the latest developments in Sudan and the regional environment.

It is worth noting that the World Urban Forum was established in 2001 by the United Nations. It is the first global conference on sustainable urbanization. Egypt is hosting the conference in this session, making it the first country to host it in Africa in 20 years.
