The head of the Transitional Sovereignty Council and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan, confirmed that there will be no negotiations with the rebel terrorist militia unless the provisions of the Jeddah Agreement are implemented, and he said, “We will not go to the Jeddah negotiating platform until after the RSF withdraws and leaves civilian areas and citizens’ homes in all cities of Sudan, in which they have given themselves free reign to terrorize the Sudanese population.”

When addressing the locals of Al-Damer, Atbara and Berber on Thursday, Al-Burhan praised the cohesion of all sectors of the Sudanese people to support the armed forces. He said, “As long as this is our plan, we will soon win and crush the rebellion, and we are confident that this battle will end with the defeat of the terrorist militia and its allies and agents,” pointing to the suffering of the Sudanese people as a result of the repercussions of the rebellion. He said, “The battle has one end, which is crushing and destroying the terrorist militia,” noting the role of the popular resistance committees and mobilizers to defeat the rebel terrorist militia.

The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces affirmed, “This battle is the battle of the Sudanese people,” and stated that it is a people’s cause. He added, “We promised to the Sudanese who were displaced, whose money was looted, and whose honor was violated. We will avenge them, and we will take your full rights from the terrorist militia, and we will defeat them soon.”

He went on to express his thanks and appreciation to all the people of Sudan for their support and donation to the armed forces, noting the model of peaceful coexistence that the people of Sudan enjoy.

The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces added that if the militia does not leave all areas and does not withdraw, we will fight it until it is eliminated.
