Al-Burhan Received Official Invitation to Participate in Arab Summit in Baghdad

The Presiden of the Transitional Sovereign Council and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces (SAF), Lt General Abdul Fattah Al-Burhan, received an official invitation from the President of the Republic of Iraq, Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid, to participate in the proceedings of the “34th” Arab Summit, which is set to be hosted in the Iraqi capital, Baghdad, on May 17.
The invitation was delivered by the Iraqi presidential Envoy, Abdul Amir Kamel Al-Shammari.
The meeting, which took place in Port Sudan, reviewed aspects of joint cooperation and enhancing bilateral relations between the two countries, as well as ways to support and develop them in various fields, in addition to issues of common interest.
