Sudan Ambassador to Iran: Militia Crimes Awakened World Conscience

Tehran – Sudanhorizon

Sudan’s Ambassador to Tehran, Abdul Aziz Hassan Saleh, affirmed the ability of the Sudanese Armed Forces  (SAF) and their supporting forces to defeat the rebellion and expel the militias out of El Fasher, just as they did drive them out of Khartoum, Al- Gezirah, Sinja, and Omdurman.

Saleh condemned the silence of the international community and international and regional organizations, especially those countries that claim to uphold human rights values.

He reiterated the demand to condemn the countries supporting the militia and those that allow aid and mercenaries to pass through their territories, and to designate the militia as a terrorist organization.

The ambassador praised the awakening of the world’s conscience and humanity, triggered by the atrocities, and condemned the militia’s crimes in El Fasher and other cities.

In an interview with Iran’s Channel 3, Saleh spoke about the crimes committed by the terrorist militia forces since the beginning of the war, culminating in the massacres in El Fasher and Bara. He stated that the actions of the rebel forces and their mercenaries amounted to genocide and ethnic cleansing.

In a related development, Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf condemned the horrific crimes committed against civilians in El Fasher by Rapid Support Forces elements in a tweet.

The Friday prayer leader at Tehran University Mosque also denounced the UAE’s role in the destruction of Gaza, Yemen, and Sudan, asserting that the killings and crimes occurring in Sudan were mastermined by the UAE.
