Al-Merreikh’s Ranks Completed with National Team Players Arrival

Al-Merreikh’s ranks are now complete with the arrival of its nine players who were called to the national squad. The nine players have immediately joined the training sessions upon arrival at the team’s headquarters in Nouakchott.

The technical director, Giovanni, resumed his activities after returning from a short vacation in his homeland, Italy.

The Reds will resume playing in the Mauritanian Premier League, Friday, against the Nouakchott team in the ninth round of the league.

The Mauritanian Football Association had previously agreed to postpone 3 matches for Al-Merrikh, accepting the excuse that 12 of the teams members were playing at the time with the Sudanese national team in its clashes with Niger and Angola.
