Sudan Eliminates Tanzania and Sets a Date with Ethiopia in (CHAN)

The Sudanese National Football Team has set a date with the Ethiopian National Team in the second round of the African Nations Championship qualifiers for local players, known as (CHAN) next December after it won on Sunday in Dar es Salaam the match played against the Tanzanian team (6/5) from the penalty mark after the regular time ended with a goal for the Tanzanians.
Sudan won the first round by a goal in its virtual stadium in Nouakchott, Mauritania, which was settled via penalty kicks.
The Sudanese national team performed a highly tactical match that secured them gaining the points and qualifying for the second stage, while the Tanzanian team dominated most of the match.
The Sudanese team is waiting for an important match on (11) November against Niger at its virtual stadium in Morocco in the fifth round for Group Six qualifying for the African Nations Championship finals held there next year. Sudan’s national team needs a single point from two matches against Niger and Angola to be eligible for the finals.
