CAF Officially Announces Schedules for Champions League and Confederation Cup

The Confederation of African Football (CAF) officially announced on Thursday the dates for the preliminary rounds of the CAF Champions League and the CAF Confederation Cup, which are scheduled to begin next September.

According to the official schedule issued by CAF, the first leg matches of the first preliminary round will be held from September 4 to 6, with the second leg matches taking place from September 11 to 13.

As for the second preliminary round, the first leg matches are scheduled for October 16 to 18, while the second leg matches will be held from October 23 to 25.

This season will see Sudanese football teams,Al-Hilal and Al-Merreikh, participating in the CAF Champions League, while Al-Hilal Port Sudan and Al-Ahli Madani representing the Sudan in the CAF Confederation Cup
