5 Members of One Family Killed in RSF Militia in North Kordofan

The Sudanese Army said on Saturday that a family of five was killed in a drone strike carried out by the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) militia, targeting a village in North Kordofan State.
In a statement, the office of the Sudanese Army Spokesperson said: “Continuing its record of violations against civilians and war crimes, RSF drones belonging to the Dagalo militia last night targeted the village of Awlad al-Sharif in al-Indaraba on the export road, resulting in the martyrdom of a family of five, including two young girls.”
The statement added that the strike also wounded six other residents of the village.
On 20 August, the Red Crescent Society reported that its remains management team had come under shellfire at its residence in the al-Indaraba area, which resulted in injuries to team members and the destruction of two vehicles marked with the Red Crescent emblem.
