The Sudanese Women’s Olympic Team Faces Comoros in Casablanca

The Sudanese women’s Olympic team will face the Comoro Islands national team in Casablanca, Morocco, this Thursday, in the first leg of the qualifiers for the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics.
The women’s team concluded its training Wednesday, in the presence of the Sudanese Ambassador to Morocco, Mawada Omar Haj Al-Toumi, along with embassy staff. The ambassador addressed the players, emphasizing the importance of presenting a positive image of Sudan and exerting maximum effort to achieve a favorable result.
The team’s head coach, Captain Burhan Tiah assessed the players’ readiness during the hour-and-a-half training session, during which the coaching staff focused on technical and tactical aspects and finalized preparations for the match.
