The Sudanese Community in Washington: The International Community Must Act

The Sudanese community in the Greater Washington area organized a protest on Saturday in front of the Lincoln Memorial in support of the civilians of El Fasher and in condemnation of the massacres perpetrated against them by the RSF militia.

The protesters raised banners denouncing the United Arab Emirates for its support of the militia and demanded that it stop supplying the terrorist militia, which is committing atrocities against women and children, with weapons and equipment.

The protesters called on the US government to urge Abu Dhabi to cease its continued support for the RSF militia. They also urged the international community to take action and break its silence, describing the RSF government as criminal. The protesters chanted “You are all Abu Lulu,” a criminal thug who reportedly bragged killing two thousands Darfuri and was looking to yet commit more killing.
