Sudanese Youth Team Loses to Tanzania by One Goal

The Sudanese youth team lost by one goal in the third round of the CECAFA Zone qualifiers for the African finals against Tanzanian youth on Thursday afternoon in Dar es Salaam.

The young team gave a weak showing, with separate lines, which caused them to lose the match points and the group lead, awaiting the Kenyan youth team matches in the third round.

The Tanzanian youth team rose to 6 points, outperforming Sudan in goals.

The team still retains a chance of qualifying for the semi-finals if they win their next match against Kenya in the fourth round.
