Sudanese Youth Team 1st Group Competing in the African Finals

The draw for the East and Central Africa Zone (CECAFA), which qualifies for the Under-20 Africa Cup of Nations finals held in Tanzania, on Thursday placed the Sudanese team in the first group, which equally comprises Tanzania, Rwanda, Djibouti, and Kenya.

The second group includes Uganda, South Sudan, Burundi and Ethiopia. According to the Confederation of African Football (CAF) system, the first and second in each group qualify for the tournament’s final in Tanzania next December.
