Sudanese-Senegalese Agreement on Expatriates and Investment Promotion

Senegalese Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Amadou Chérif Diouf, received today the Sudanese Ambassador to Senegal, Abdelghani Al-Naim Awad Al-Karim Abdullah. The Ambassador reviewed the latest developments in Sudan, praising the Senegalese government and people for their support of Sudan’s sovereignty, unity, security, and peace.
For his part, the Minister of State welcomed the Sudanese Ambassador, affirming the firm principles of Senegalese diplomacy based on respect for sovereignty, dialogue, and peace.
The two sides also discussed their respective experiences in serving citizens abroad and agreed to exchange expertise and best practices in managing expatriate affairs and providing incentives and benefits, such as allocating percentages in housing projects and encouraging investment.
