Sudan: Export Forum Convenes on November 10th

The National Chamber for Exporters Sudan, part of the Sudanese Chamber of Commerce, has finalized all arrangements for the “Sudanese Export Forum,” scheduled for November 10th.

The head of the organizing committee, Issam Fadlallah, has revealed that the forum will present the private sector’s vision for increasing production, leading to enhanced exports and a rise in industrial exports.

This forum is a joint initiative of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Federation of Chambers of Commerce, and the Exporters Chamber. It aims to present a comprehensive economic vision encompassing several economic trends developed by the Exporters Chamber. This vision includes an integrated framework for effective solutions to overcome the war’s impact on the export sector, along with a five-year plan to boost production and add value to exports through export-oriented manufacturing.

Fadlallah stated that the Exporters Chamber is organizing this important economic gathering this time to emphasize the role of the export sector in supporting the Sudanese economy and ensuring the continuation of foreign trade to overcome the devastation caused by the war.
