Port Sudan Airport Resumes Activities in Full, After a Brief Lull

The Civil Aviation Authority in Sudan has announced that Port Sudan airport is resuming its full activities as 17h Sudan local time, Sunday, ending a brief suspension of flights to and from the airport, that lasted for several hours.
A statement from the Civil Aviation Authority received by the Sudanhorizon said the authority issued the Notam Pilots Bulletin suspending flights to and from Port Sudan International Airport until five in the Sudan local time Sunday.
Osman Diqna Air Base, adjacent to the Port Sudan Airport, was targeted at dawn today by drones launched by the Rapid Support Militia, and the attack resulted in material damage, but no human causality was recorded, according to a press release issued by the Office of the Spokesman for the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) earlier in the day.
