Khartoum – Sudanhorizon

The Sudanese Minister of Culture, Information, and Tourism, Khalid Al-Aisar, has called upon Sudanese people from all walks of life- both at home and abroad-to actively participate in efforts aimed at the nation’s revival, the restoration of normal life, the revitalization of production, and the reconstruction of what has been destroyed by the war.

The Minister has emphasized that the responsibility for national recovery is a shared one, requiring the concerted efforts of both the government and society.

In a statement carried by the Sudan News Agency (SUNA), the Minister noted that the stance, resilience, and sacrifices of the Sudanese people—along with their characteristic sense of humor and wit, even amidst harsh circumstances—inspire hope and provide the strength and determination to work with sincerity and selflessness.

He affirmed that, despite the hardships, Sudanese people have not lost their optimism or their faith in a better future for their homeland.

The minister further stressed that economic recovery, market stability, the strengthening of the national currency, and the availability of goods and services are goals that require the alignment of official and public efforts, as well as the active participation of all Sudanese citizens, whether at home or abroad.

He underscored that the contribution of the Sudanese people to the nation’s revival is an inherent right, and that such dedication to their homeland is entirely in keeping with their character. He expressed his hope that official and public efforts will unite to restore the country’s well-being and build a future worthy of its people.
