Mineral Resources Discuss Expansion of Russian Investments in Mining Sector

The Director General of the Sudanese Mineral Resources Company Ltd., Mohamed Tahir Omar, pledged full support for Russian investors to ensure mutual benefits for both parties.
On Thursday, Omar received a delegation from the Russian Investment Fund at his office in Port Sudan, along with a representative from the Russian Embassy in Sudan. The meeting focused on expanding Russian investments in Sudan’s mining sector.
Omar praised Russian investments in Sudan’s mining industry and called for further cooperation in the sector. He revealed measures taken by the government to facilitate the operations of foreign investors and companies working in the mining sector across the country.
