Gen. Kabashi: SAF Introduces Advanced Weapons in the Battlefield, No Negotiate with the Militia

Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF), lieutenant General Shams El Din Kabashi, has stressed SAF’s determination and that of their supporters to liberate every inch of the country from the “filth of the rebel militia.”
During a meeting, Thursday, in the headquarters of the North Kordofan Government Secretariat with civil societies representatives in North and West Kordofan states, Kabashi reiterated the government’s firm position of rejecting negotiations with the militia. He said, “The war will not end until the rebels, traitors, and renegades surrender.”
The Deputy Commander-in-Chief reassured the Sudanese people that Al-Obeid is fortified, announcing the arrival of new and advanced weapons to the city. He stated that it, along with the cities of Al-Khawa, Al-Nahud, and Al-Dubaibat, are merely stepping stones to the entrance to El Fasher and all of Darfur.

The Deputy Commander-in-Chief revealed the directives of the leadership in the meeting emphasizing the need to evacuate El Obeid of all combat forces and impose state authority so that citizens can enjoy security. He pointed out that the joint forces are responsible for ensuring security in the city.
Kabbashi pledged to remove all obstacles related to people’s livelihoods, ensuring a decent life for citizens.
The meeting emphasized the need for cooperation and coordination among all civilian components in the two states to support the armed forces, in order to preserve Sudan’s unity and territorial integrity.
It is worth noting that the civilian components included the head of the judiciary, the state government council and its security committee, the mobilization support committee, the executive branch (Sheikan), El Obeid notables, the employers’ union, the chamber of commerce, community unions, native administrations, armed struggle movements, the Kordofan Entities Coalition supporting the armed forces, the state workers’ union, and the education workers’ union.
