Foreign Minister to “Sudanhorizon: “The UK Has to Come to the Right Path”

Cairo – Sudanhorizon – Sabah Musa

Sudanese Foreign Minister, Ambassador Ali Youssef, stated that the remarks made by the UK representative at the UN Security Council, indicating that it is not the right time to deploy forces in Sudan, reflect their failure to convince the world to pursue military intervention in Sudan.
In an exclusive statement to the “Sudanhorizon” news site, Youssef said they (the UK) are using this stance to pressure the Sudanese government. He added, “We are saying to them that we will continue our military and political efforts to end the rebellion.” He emphasized that Sudan will diplomatically and politically engage with the UK to draw it into a path of peace that ends the rebellion and preserves our land’s security, stability, dignity, and unity.
