Continuing its Humanitarian Initiatives, Zain Supports El Fasher Tekaya

As part of its unwavering commitment to social responsibility and its ongoing commitment to supporting humanitarian initiatives, the Sudanese Mobile Phone Company “Zain”, on Wednesday, August 27, 2025, announced additional support to provide fresh meals to those affected in El Fasher.

The support will be provided through the El Fasher Tekaya and ‘Suggya-watering- Center,’’ supervised by volunteer Mohi El-Din Shogar.
The initiative is an extension of a campaign launched by Zain on its social media platforms, providing its followers with the opportunity to contribute to supporting the El Fasher Tekaya. The company has pledged to donate 100 Egyptian pounds for every “like” and 200 Egyptian pounds for every “share” of the campaign post.
Zain has been launching ongoing humanitarian initiatives over the past period, including support for a number of religious institutions in various Sudanese states, and students of the Wad Al-Fadani Khalwas, in addition to distributing food aid to more than 70,000 families during the fiscal 2024 and 2025.
