Bank of Khartoum CEO Visits its Atbara Branch

The head of the Bank CEO, Lamia Kamal Sati, on Thursday paid a field visit to the bank’s branch in Atbara twon where she got debriefed on the daily activities and of the branch
The visit come in implementation of the Bank’s policy of conducting field visits and addressing any challenges that may face clients and business owners. She and her accompanying delegation were received by Amal Obeid, the manager of Khartoum Bank’s Atbara branch.
During her tour of the bank’s departments, the CEO expressed her appreciation for the bank’s employees and their commendable efforts in serving customers.
She also held a meeting with the branch management, during which she reviewed the implementation of the bank’s directives regarding the development of banking operations and the improvement of banking services provided to depositors.
Lamia Sati met with some customers at the branch and listened to their feedback and comments, emphasizing that Khartoum Bank remains committed to its motto, “You First,” as a testament to its loyalty to its customers. For their part, customers expressed their satisfaction and gratitude to Bank of Khartoum for its support during the Dignity War through its popular mobile application, Bankak.
It is worth noting that Bank of Khartoum is the most widespread bank in River Nile State, with branches in several localities, and is the most widespread bank in Sudan.
The CEO of Bank of Khartoum was accompanied on her visit to the Atbara branch by Tijani Karama, Director of Branches; Mohamed Luay Talha, Head of Compliance and Governance; and Zahia Abdeen, Secretary of the Board of Directors of Bank of Khartoum.
