Al-Merreikh Mission Arrives in Morocco After a Long and Arduous Flight

The Al-Merreikh Sudanese mission arrived at Mohammed V Airport in Casablanca, the Kingdom of Morocco (Monday), after a long and arduous flight from Juba to Dubai and then to Casablanca, which took two days. The mission was received by the Sudanese embassy family in Morocco.

The team is waiting to start its preparatory training there to meet the second preliminary round of the African Club Champions League by facing the Moroccan Royal Army on September 22.

Al-Merreikh tied 2/2 last Saturday in its virtual stadium in the South Sudanese capital, Juba, and the Sudanese Red team enters the match with the opportunity to win or tie by more than two goals to qualify for the group stage.
