A Sovereign Decision Appointing President of the Constitutional Court

The Chairman of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, General Abdel Fattah al-Burhan, issued a constitutional decree today (Saturday) appointing Dr Wahbi Mohamed Mukhtar as President of the Constitutional Court.
He instructed the relevant state authorities to implement the decision.
The decision is based on a recommendation by the National Commission for Judicial Service.
